Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions listed below.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation
- Be free from stains, damage, or signs of misuse
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation
Returns that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom-made or special-order furniture
- Clearance or final sale items
- Floor models or display items sold as-is
- Mattresses, pillows, bedding, and other hygiene-sensitive products
- Gift cards

Damaged or Defective Products
We carefully inspect every order before it leaves our store. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us process your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damage
- Photos of the packaging, if applicable
Once your request has been reviewed, we will determine the most appropriate solution, which may include:
- Replacement of the damaged item
- Repair, where applicable
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or prepared for shipment.
If your order has already entered processing, manufacturing, or shipping, cancellation may not be possible or may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees.
Special-order and custom furniture cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
- Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
- Shipping charges, delivery fees, assembly fees, and installation charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we will gladly arrange an exchange, subject to product availability.
Exchange requests should be submitted as soon as possible after delivery.
Delivery Refusals
If a delivery cannot be completed because:
- Incorrect delivery information was provided
- The furniture does not fit through entrances or stairways
- No one is available to receive the delivery
- Delivery instructions were incomplete
Additional delivery charges or restocking fees may apply.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that purchased furniture can be safely delivered into their home or business before placing an order.
Manufacturer Warranty
Many products sold by My Kinda Furniture are covered by manufacturer warranties.
Warranty claims are handled according to the manufacturer's terms and conditions. While we are happy to assist customers throughout the warranty process, warranty approval is determined by the manufacturer.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may be denied if:
- The item shows signs of misuse, abuse, or improper care
- The product has been modified after delivery
- The return request falls outside the applicable return period
- Required proof of purchase cannot be provided
